During 2022 we conducted a very thorough analysis of VALA culture. 

We interviewed 82 VALA people in 30 to 60 min one to one sessions with a purpose to find out how our culture is doing and what is the status of VALA’s unique culture. 

Moreover, we wanted to understand whether the changes brought by Covid have had an impact on our culture or not.
